Permit Applications

The Town of Four Oaks is in the process of making permit applications available online to improve public access and convenience. During this transition, not all permit applications may be available on the Town's website.

Applicants are encouraged to contact the Permit Department to verify the appropriate application for their project prior to submission. If the required application is not available online, it can be emailed to you, or it may be obtained in person at Town Hall during normal business hours.
