Stormwater/ Storm Drainage Improvements Project

Hard copies can be purchased at Brian Leonard's office at 112 E. Johnston St., Smithfield, NC 27577 for $200. That is the only way Bidders can be tracked on the Engineers Plan Holder’s List (in case any addendums are published during Bidding). There is also a hard copy for bidders to view at Town Hall, located at 304 N. Main Street Four Oaks, NC 27524.

Bid Opening 11/4/25 at 2:30 pm.

Three sealed bids were received and opened at 2:31 pm on Tuesday, November 4, 2025. The results are as follows.

Bid one was from Moffett Pipe with a base bid of $2,429,235

Bid two was from Allen Grading Co. with a base bid of $1,511,200

Bid three was from Teraflex Group with a base bid of $1,880,655

The engineer will review all bids before we move forward with the contracting process.
