New Resident Resources

The Town of Four Oaks provides water, sewer, and garbage for residents in our service area. If you are in the Four Oaks ETJ and are unsure who services your address, please call Town Hall at 919-963-3112 ext. 122 before completing the forms to start new service. To start new service you will need to provide a current lease if you are renting, or the first page of your closing documents if you have purchased a home. We cannot start new service in your name until after closing. Whoever is listed on the lease or closing documents will be listed on the water service. We will also need a copy of your driver's license and social security card. There is a $250.00 deposit required to start service. This deposit can be made with a credit card over the phone by calling DeAnna Haley at 919-963-3112 ext. 122,  or you can bring all documents and deposit to Town Hall M-F 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. 

Please register on our website to receive alerts about important information from the Town. This is one way we alert residents about water outages and other important information you may need to know. Also, visit our pay online portal (Invoice Cloud) to pay your monthly bill with no additional fees. The website will have a direct link to the online portal. This will be the best way for you to pay, hassle-free, and to avoid late fees.  

The Town of Four Oaks mails bills out on the last business day of each month. These bills are due BEFORE 5:00 pm on the 15th of the following month to avoid a 10% late fee. If you carry a balance when the next billing cycle is done, leaving you with a "previous balance," you will be in jeopardy of water disconnection if the previous balance is not paid BEFORE 1:00 pm on the 3rd. To have water restored after cutoff for non-payment, you will have to pay the previous balance plus a $100.00 reconnect/non-payment fee. There are no exceptions on cutoffs. We encourage everyone to register to pay online!
