Bill Pay Options and Changes in 2026

Beginning in 2026, the Town of Four Oaks will reduce the use of drive-thru and phone payments for utility bill pay. Residents are encouraged to sign up for online payments, which are available with no fees, or enroll in bank draft for added convenience. Payments by check will continue to be accepted by mail; however, checks must be received by the 15th of each month to avoid a late fee. For questions regarding your water bill, please refer to our online bill pay system.
