Hardcopies can be purchased at Brian Leonard's office at 112 E. Johnston St. Smithfield, NC 27577 for $200. That is the only way Bidders can be tracked on the Engineers Plan Holder’s List (in case any addendums are published during Bidding). There is also a hardcopy for bidders to view at Town Hall located at 304 N. Main Street Four Oaks, NC 27524.
