Here is the latest update on the streetscape work provided to the Four Oaks Chamber by: Carter Loverrn, Project Manager for Fred Smith Company.

Monday and Tuesday service change overs will finally begin with the tenants. Duke Energy is going to remove the old signal pole that is in conflict with the retaining walls.

Next week they will begin digging the footings for retaining walls and get their concrete subcontractor on site to begin forming and pouring them.

 There is still a large amount of dry utility work (Duke,Brightspeed, and Spectrum) that is preventing Fred Smith from getting the remaining sidewalks and Curb and gutter installed.
