Water / Sewer / Garbage Services
To sign up for water, sewer, and garbage services stop by Town Hall to complete the paperwork. Owners will need to bring closing documents, drivers licenses, and social security card. Renters will need to bring lease documents, $150 deposit, drivers licenses, and social security card.
Bills may be paid via:
- Drive-up window
- Backdoor dropbox at Town Hall

Garbage Collection
Garbage from residences and businesses is collected every Wednesday. Household waste must be bagged, put in the waste container provided by the GFL Industries (Waste Industries), and placed by the road for pick-up.
Yard debris, such as limbs, leaves, grass clippings, & pine straw, is collected every Monday & Friday by the town. The yard debris should be piled neatly, not bagged, by the road for pick-up. Debris from contracted land clearing projects will not be collected.
Bulk items and items other than normal household/business debris are picked up by the town every Wednesday. Items must be placed by the road for pick-up.
Recycling collection for items such as paper, aluminum cans, plastic bottles and milk containers, is the 4th Thursday of every month. The items must be in the container marked recycling and placed by the road by 5:00 a.m. NO styrofoam, plastic bags, or containers with liquid inside should be in recycling container.
