About
The Four Oaks Planning Department is responsible for Zoning and Subdivision Administration within the city limits and in the surrounding ETJ. Before any construction takes place, you should consult with the Town to determine if a zoning or building permit is necessary. A permit may be obtained at the Four Oaks Town Hall.
