Building Permits & Inspections

For all building permits please notify or come by town hall.  Our office staff will assist you with your needs.  Or you may call ahead of time 919.963.3112 ext. 21 and speak with Pauline Ketchum (Planning & Zoning Administrator).  Ms. Ketchum will advise you of all your permit needs.

Building Inspections are completed by a well qualified person, Mr. Mike Cook.  Mr. Cook has been a building inspector for a number of years.  Ms. Ketchum will advise you of the inspection procedures when you purchase your permit(s).
